The rooms were on the first floor of the Valley Wing, which was noisy and had a strange smell. The curtains were loud when opening the window or turning on the fan, which was a bit bothersome. Service was readily available, and I could move to a quieter room with a better view after requesting it. The location is decent, better than the First World Hotel, but a bit of a walk to the shopping mall.
